Milestone is looking for an exceptional physician to join our growing menopause medicine team. We are seeking a physician who is genuinely passionate about menopause and midlife women’s health and who brings compassion, curiosity, clinical excellence, and a commitment to lifelong learning.

This is an opportunity to practise menopause medicine within a multidisciplinary model built specifically around the needs and experiences of women in midlife.
 

Who We’re Looking For

An active Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) designation is required.
 

The ideal physician will:

• Hold an active MSCP designation

• Ideally be available for two full clinical days per week

• Have a genuine passion for menopause medicine and improving care for women in midlife

• Remain actively engaged in continuing medical education (CME) related to menopause and women’s health

• Maintain current knowledge of evolving Canadian and international menopause guidelines, position statements, and evidence

• Practise evidence-based, individualized care grounded in shared decision-making

• Bring compassion, curiosity, humility, and respect to every patient encounter

• Value working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Be committed to continuing to grow their expertise in menopause medicine

• Believe that how a woman experiences her care matters — and value a thoughtful, welcoming and hospitality-driven approach in which the beginning and end of each patient experience are as important as the clinical encounter itself
   

Developing Expertise in Complex Menopause Care

Milestone cares for women across the spectrum of menopause, including those whose medical histories make treatment decisions more nuanced.
 

Physicians joining Milestone should be willing to receive additional training, mentorship and case-based learning in complex menopause care, including the care of women with:

• Cancer survivorship and treatment-induced menopause

• Previous venous thromboembolism (VTE) or elevated thrombotic risk

• Cardiovascular disease or significant cardiovascular risk

• Premature ovarian insufficiency, premature or early menopause

• Surgical or medically induced menopause

• Other complex medical histories requiring individualized assessment and collaborative decision-making
   

You do not need to arrive knowing everything. What matters is having a strong foundation in menopause medicine, an active MSCP designation, intellectual curiosity, and a genuine commitment to continuing to learn.

Our physicians work alongside nurses, pelvic health professionals, mental health clinicians, exercise specialists and other healthcare professionals to consider the broader health needs of women in midlife.
 

Our model is designed to give physicians the clinical information, multidisciplinary support and collaborative environment needed to spend their time where their expertise matters most: clinical reasoning, education, shared decision-making and individualized patient care.
