Hi, I’m Dr. Shafeena Premji, a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) since 2014, a leading Menopause Expert and a National Voice for menopause medicine in Canada.
For more than a decade, I’ve devoted my career to helping women navigate every hormonal milestone — from puberty and pregnancy to perimenopause and menopause — with evidence, empathy, and understanding.
