GROUP EDUCATION SESSIONS AT MILESTONE MENOPAUSE CENTRE

Milestone Menopause Centre of Southern Alberta is pleased to offer complimentary educational sessions with Dr. Shafeena Premji, founder and Medical Director of Milestone. These sessions are designed for women seeking reliable, evidence-based information about menopause and midlife health in a welcoming and supportive environment. Through Dr. Premji’s expertise and compassionate approach, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the physical, emotional, and hormonal changes that can occur during this important life stage, while learning about the many options available to support their health, well-being, and quality of life. We recognize that support is an important part of the journey, and participants are welcome to bring a partner, family member, friend, or other support person to attend the session with them.

To book your session, please kindly call our clinic at 587-582-6586 and one of our team members will be happy to help.

Dr. Holly Zulyniak is a compassionate family physician with over 19 years of experience providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages. Through caring for her patients—as well as conversations with friends and members of her community—she recognized the significant impact that perimenopause and menopause can have on women's health and quality of life. This inspired her to develop a special interest in menopause care and earn her Menopause Society Certification (MSCP) in 2022.

As part of the Milestone team, Dr. Zulyniak is committed to providing personalized, evidence-based care that empowers women to navigate midlife with confidence. She is passionate about improving access to high-quality women's healthcare and believes every woman deserves to feel heard, supported, and cared for throughout every stage of life.
