Evidence supports therapy as a powerful tool for mood, sleep, hot flashes, and sexual health, both independently and alongside medical treatment.

Approach includes:

  • Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)

  • Mindfulness-based therapy

  • Sexual and relationship therapy


Structure:

  • 3 sessions typically spaced one month apart

  • Investment: $215 per session (Receipts provided for extended health/HSA)
