Comprehensive Assessment

Our care pathway is thoughtfully designed to support you through every stage of midlife with care, understanding, and evidence-based guidance. As a specialty and multi-disciplinary menopause centre, we aim to help you feel heard, informed, and confident in your care through a clear and supportive process.

Your journey begins with a free monthly education session in a group setting (optional) followed by a comprehensive, registered nurse-led assessment that explores your symptoms, in-depth medical history, menopausal journey and overall health. A series of validated questionnaires (assessing multiple domains of your health) are also completed to ensure a thorough and comprehensive assessment.

From there, you’ll meet with an experienced MSCP (Menopause Society Certified Practitioner) physician to develop a personalized care plan, with ongoing follow-up tailored to you. Supported by a collaborative team and access to allied health services, our approach focuses on what matters most—relieving symptoms, supporting your wellbeing, and promoting long-term health in midlife and beyond.
